PURCHASING AN EDESIGN PACKAGE WITH ABIDING HOME DESIGNS SIGNIFIES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE BELOW TERMS OF SERVICE.

•  EXECUTING YOUR DESIGN: Virtual Interior Design is inherently conceptual and comes with risks like out-of-stock items and discrepancies in measurements and materials. Please note that, due to the nature of virtual design, we cannot inspect each item in person. We use our expertise and product reviews to recommend high-quality items, but it’s crucial for you to review all details before ordering. While we aim for accuracy in our recommendations, ABIDING HOME DESIGNS is not liable for measurement or material discrepancies. We’re here to support you throughout your design journey, so feel free to reach out with any questions.

•  REVISIONS: For all EDesign packages/services you will have one free round of revisions before finalizing your design. A design revision round includes as many product changes you’d like to make at that time. For design changes outside of this there will be a $75 fee per change.

•  RE-SOURCING: Because you have flexibility of when to purchase and execute your design, we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock when you begin orders. However, we will walk you through what to do and how to find alternative selections on your own if this should occur!

•  TURNAROUND TIME: When you buy an EDesign Package, we’ll inform you of the anticipated “Start Date,” which may change based on our current workload. The countdown to completion begins once we have received all required client submissions, including homework, photos, measurements, and have fully understood your needs. Our standard processing time is 5-10 business days for each room. We aim to deliver your design as quickly as possible and may complete it sooner if our schedule allows!

•  COMMUNICATION: All communication during the EDesign process will take place via email to ensure accurate documentation of all conversations, notes, and revisions. Please respond to all feedback requests within 2 business days to keep the project timeline on track.

•  CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: There is a nonrefundable $250 fee if you’d like to cancel your EDesign service before your project begins. After the 1st deliverable is sent (concept board) the package price is nonrefundable.

•  PUBLICITY: ABIDING HOME DESIGNS often shares our concept board designs through social media but we do not share our client’s names or any pictures of your home without permission.
